Yesterday, I sent out an email newsletter to everyone on my email list talking about the fact that I've made a considerable change to my life: I'm no longer teaching at Aurora University.

What I did not talk about in that email, but will here, is how this change is both something I want to do and something that has brought a significant amount of anxiety into my life.

I wanted to do it because the change was necessary for me to establish a better style of living my life generally. More specifically, I needed (seriously needed) more time and energy for my family.

In this email/post, I want to share more about the logic that went into this decision...
